Litetronics Helps Restaurants Go Green with Dimmable Cold Cathode Light Bulbs

The primary challenge restaurants face when seeking energy efficient lighting alternatives for their dining rooms is finding an affordable light bulb that dims as well as incandescent.

To solve this challenge, Litetronics created the Micro-Brite line of cold cathode light bulbs, which save up to 85% on energy costs and dim to 5% of their light output. Standard dimmable CFLs didn’t dim as low as they needed, and LEDs were too expensive. Micro-Brite light bulbs offer restaurants the performance and dimmability they need at a price they can afford.”

The Litetronics Micro-Brite light bulbs are available in a variety of wattages and shapes to allow restaurants to replace virtually any light bulb in their dining rooms with an energy efficient alternative. Dimmable cold cathode light bulbs are currently available in 5 and 8 watts, and a brand new 15-watt cold cathode bulb that replaces a 60-watt incandescent will be available in January. Available shapes include A19, reflectors, globes, and candle bulbs.
