Regional Sales Manager
Job Description:
Litetronics International, Inc is a privately held commercial lighting manufacturer based in Alsip, Ill. Litetronics has an opening for a Regional Sales Manager, who will be responsible for sales growth over multiple states. Candidates should ideally live on the Northeast coast or in Illinois, but we will consider other locations for a superior candidate. This position is expected to travel at least 50-75%.
Requirements:
- Candidate should have a track record of success in sales growth with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Experience in industrial/lighting distribution desired
- Experience working with end users and applications
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with Great Plains and CRM a plus
- Technical product experience
- Capable of learning the lighting industry and products for markets
- Capable of making effective presentations
- Possess effective oral and written communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Capable of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with all persons with whom this position interacts.
