Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Litetronics International, Inc is a privately held commercial lighting manufacturer based in Alsip, Ill.  Litetronics has an opening for a Customer Service Representative, who will be responsible for providing courteous, prompt service to customers, including placing orders, answering questions about products, and informing customers about sales promotions.

 

Requirements:

  • Ensures that positive relationships with customers are built and maintained.
  • Ensures that customer requests, questions, or complaints are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that customer orders are accepted, processed, and entered in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that new accounts are accurately established and records maintained properly.
  • Ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with all types of personalities and attitudes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and perform duties with a minimum of supervision.
  • Ability to make outbound calls to current customers in order to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, Outlook, and Excel; experience in Great Plains
  • Experience with CRM a plus
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and the ability to link tasks to future outcomes.
